Fly Dragon Fly Up

I finally finished it. I wasn't going have the same background as the first one, but at the very last minete I thought otherwise. I still have the other one and I may post it in scraps later, figured that there's no point in not posting it, giving I'd fished it. I like verything else about this pictures but his tail...I hate the way he made his tail.
